Providing expert advice on everything from simple basic financing on your first home, vacation home or rental to expert structuring for business owners, 2nd homes, or investment properties. When she’s not helping clients with their financing, she enjoys traveling to Hawaii and Cabo with her husband and 3 adult children, boating, surfing and golfing with friends and family, and snow skiing in Whitefish Montana with their grandson. Michael Maher

Michael brings confident loan structuring ability along with excellent communication skills to his clients. With over 10 years in the industry, his ability to think outside the box, and be creative for the best possible financial outcome, benefits his clients tremendously. When he does get a break from originating loans, you will find Michael in the woods hunting or fishing, spending time with his girlfriend and dog Moose, or snowboarding or golfing with friends and family. With over 15 years of banking experience, Niki is the glue on our team. Niki seamlessly and professionally gets our loans from A to Z, all the while with a huge smile on her face! Taking care of applications, items needed lists, and coordinating approval and signings are only a few of the amazing tasks she performs. We would not be able to work with lightning speed without her. With eagle eyes, she watches our timelines carefully, keeping everyone on track and updated. When Niki isn’t making our team shine, she enjoys her time with her two sons and fiancé. She loves fishing, boating and working in her yard.
Alvaro Tlachi

Alvaro earned a Bachelors in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Washington. After several years as a Financial Advisor, he joined our team as a loan officer. He brings his strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail as well as his deep care for the best financial advice for his clients when it comes to mortgages. Alvaro’s knowledge of the market allows him to also speak intelligently about the questions clients have about interest rates. His bilingual skills allow him to clearly communicate with both English and Spanish speaking clients. When he’s not structuring a loan, Alvaro enjoys fishing, hunting and hiking, as well as traveling with his fiancé.
